Website Privacy Policy

Advance Marketing (“we,” “us”), an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, is the developer of the Advance Poster extension for Google Chrome and operates the advance-poster.com website. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. How the extension itself handles data is described separately in the Extension Privacy Policy. The rules of use are in the Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you send a request through the form we receive your name, phone, Telegram or WhatsApp, your email (if you provide it), what you are interested in and your message. When you write to us by email we receive your email address and what you tell us.
• Order and subscription data. When you buy a subscription, our payment provider (see section 3) collects your payment details, billing country and tax information and passes us your name, email address, country, order and subscription identifiers, the plan, the billing period and the payment status. We use this to issue and renew your access code, answer support requests and keep accounting records. We do not receive your card number.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services the page loads (such as Google Fonts) may receive your IP address, browser type, device and the page requested.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to learn which pages are viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the website that referred you. It does not include what you type into the form.

2. How we use information and on what basis

• To respond to your request and provide the service — set up your plan, issue and renew your access code, give support. Basis: performing a contract or taking steps at your request.
• To process payments and keep records — invoices, refunds, accounting and tax duties. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
• To keep the website and the service secure and prevent abuse — for example, to enforce plan limits. Basis: our legitimate interest.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it. Basis: our legitimate interest and, where the law requires it, your consent (see section 5).

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website and the service, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Our payment provider (named at checkout), acting as payment processor and Merchant of Record — it takes your payment, calculates and pays sales tax and VAT, issues receipts and handles refunds and chargebacks. The provider processes your payment data under its own privacy notice and terms, shown to you at checkout.
• Formspree — processes the request form.
• Netlify — website hosting. Cloudflare — hosts the server that checks subscriptions and runs the AI features.
• Google — analytics (Google Analytics) and fonts (Google Fonts).
• Anthropic and OpenAI — only for the AI features, only for the text you choose to send (see the Extension Privacy Policy).

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, and to a successor if the business is transferred, subject to this policy.

4. International transfers

We operate from Ukraine, and our providers process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. By using the website or the service you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, which sets cookies in your browser. We have turned off Google’s advertising features, and we do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or the analytics data for advertising. Analytics is not loaded when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, and you can also block it in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website also stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser (local storage); it is not sent to us. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. If we add other analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first.

6. How long we keep information

• Requests and support correspondence — up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Subscription and order records — while the subscription is active and afterwards as long as accounting and tax law requires (up to 5 years).
• Analytics data — for the retention period set in Google Analytics.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, to withdraw consent you have given, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, email hello@advance-marketing.digital with the subject “Privacy Request.” We answer within 30 days, and we may need to verify that the request comes from you.

8. Children

This website and the service are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes
