Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Advance Marketing (“we,” “us”), an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, and apply to the advance-poster.com website and the Advance Poster extension for Google Chrome (“the extension”). By installing the extension, buying a subscription or using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Extension Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Support: hello@advance-marketing.digital.
1. What Advance Poster is
Advance Poster is an independent program that, at your command, publishes posts to Facebook groups, your timeline and your Pages from your browser. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the extension for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf. The extension is intended for business use. You may not use it if you are barred from doing so by sanctions or export laws that apply to you.
3. Plans
- Free — no credit card: up to 7 posts a day for 5 days from the first post, 5 free text uniquifications and 5 free image generations; without the other AI features, the scheduler or the first comment. After the 5 days, the Pro plan is needed to keep posting. Using several installations, accounts or addresses to get more free runs is not allowed.
- Pro — a subscription: $29 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly ($288 a year); includes up to 25 generated images a month.
The features of each plan are described on the website at the time you buy. Paid plans are activated with a personal access code for the paid period; when the period ends, the extension switches to the Free plan. The number of computers and Facebook accounts one code can be used on is limited. Do not share or publish your code; if others use it, we may deactivate it. AI features have a monthly request limit.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Payment provider. Subscriptions are sold through our payment provider, who acts as payment processor and Merchant of Record. The provider takes your payment, calculates and collects the applicable taxes, issues your receipt and handles refunds and chargebacks. Its buyer terms and privacy notice apply to the payment. We do not receive your card details.
- Prices and taxes. Prices are in US dollars. The price shown at checkout includes or adds the taxes that apply to you, as shown by the payment provider.
- Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect for your subscription.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time, from the link in your payment receipt or the provider’s customer portal, or by emailing hello@advance-marketing.digital. After you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the paid period and the next payment is not charged. Removing the extension does not cancel the subscription.
5. Refunds
- 7-day money-back. If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan. We refund the full amount, and no reason is required. Email hello@advance-marketing.digital from the address you bought with.
- Renewals. If a renewal was charged and you did not mean to continue, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith; if you have barely used the plan in that period, we refund it.
- Response time. We answer every request within 3 business days. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method by our payment provider; the time the money takes to appear depends on your bank.
- Other cases. Outside these cases we do not refund periods that have already been used, except where the law requires it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- We may refuse a refund if the account was used in breach of these terms (for example, for spam or by sharing the code).
6. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
- Follow Facebook’s rules (including the Terms of Service and Community Standards) and the rules of every group you post to.
- Use the extension only with your own Facebook account or where the owner has authorized you.
- You are responsible for the content of your posts: it must be truthful and lawful, you must have the right to use the texts, photos and videos you post, and it must follow the advertising rules for your field (for example, legal and medical services).
- Do not use the extension for spam, scams, fraud, harassment, hate, adult or illegal content, misleading claims, or to impersonate anyone.
- Do not use it to get around Facebook’s restrictions or blocks, or to harm Facebook, group admins or other people.
- Do not copy, decompile, resell or sublicense the extension or the server, share your code, or get around plan limits.
- Do not send the AI other people’s personal data or ask it to create unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
7. License and ownership
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension for your own business for as long as you comply with these terms. The extension, its design, texts and trademarks belong to us or our licensors; no rights are transferred to you except the license above. You keep ownership of your own content. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policies. Where AI helps you create text or images, you may use the result in your business, and you are responsible for checking it.
8. Risks and no guarantees
Facebook’s rules limit automated actions. Facebook may restrict or disable an account, and group admins may decline or remove a post. The Shield lowers the risk but does not remove it. We do not guarantee that posts will be published or approved, and we do not promise any specific results such as leads, sales or reach. We are not responsible for the actions of Facebook or group admins.
9. AI-generated text and images
Text and images written or changed by the AI may contain mistakes or look similar to other content. Review them before publishing: you are responsible for what you publish.
10. How the extension works
The extension works with Facebook’s pages. If Facebook changes them, some features may stop working until an update is released. While posts are being sent or a scheduled post is waiting, your computer and Chrome must stay on. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
11. Third-party services
The extension and the service depend on third-party services (Facebook, Google Chrome, Anthropic, OpenAI, Cloudflare and our payment provider). We are not responsible for their availability, changes or terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or account restrictions related to your use of the extension. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the extension in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or deactivate an access code, or end your access, if you breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. We will tell you why where we can, and will refund the unused part of a paid period if we end your access without a breach on your side. You can stop using the extension at any time by removing it from Chrome. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first at hello@advance-marketing.digital and we will try to resolve the problem in good faith. If we cannot, the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you on the website or by email before they take effect, and by continuing to use the extension and the website you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions or support? Email hello@advance-marketing.digital. We answer within 3 business days.
